These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Partyon-line. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), post, or phone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

HM Forces BFPO Orders

Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at our normal rates and are sent via the Forces internal mail service at Mill Hill. 

Despatch

We aim to despatch your order within three days of receipt ( usually one ) and all deliveries will need to be signed for. If you would like to request next day delivery (at extra cost) please contact us on 01823674490 for further information. In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from partyon-line and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. 

All goods purchased from partyon-line may be returned for exchange, replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt.

Please take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession, as any item that is returned, must be received back in it's original shipped condition, with all of it's packaging. The item must be in a suitable condition for resale and undamaged. All original packaging must accompany the item and must not be torn, or in the case of header cards, folded. We cannot accept returns of items opened from a sealed package ( costumes do not generally come in sealed packages and may be tried on ).

We are not a manufacturer so we do not have access to header cards, product bags etc therefore the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as you received it and as you would have expected to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.

Outbound postage and packing costs will not be refunded

Pleas use Royal Mail recorded delivery to return items as you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until received by us.

Before returning any goods please be certain you have followed the following guidelines.

• Please send returns to the address on your invoice
• Include your name, address and order number ( ideally copy of invoice )
• Give reason for return
• State exchange, replacement or refund

We try to make refunds within a week of receipt of product and guarantee to do so within 30 days.

Return of faulty goods 

Should a product be faulty please let us know immediately and we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund.

We shall not be liable in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear,wilful damage, negligence, misuse, alteration or repair of the ordered goods.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, and the fact that we are only allowed to use the images supplied by the manufacturer, some colours and products may vary slightly.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
