Delivery & Returns

Postage & Packaging

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of the placement of the order (usually one) if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you immediately. For postage prices see below (all prices quoted include VAT where applicable)

  • Standard UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery is £4.75 per order
  • UK Next Day Delivery is £9.00 per order (not available for some postcodes such as Scottish islands)
  • Saturday morning delivery is £10.95 per order (not available for some post codes)
  • European delivery is £15.00 per order (on parcels up to 2kg, we'll phone you with a price if it's more than this)
  • Worldwide delivery is £30.00 per order (on parcels up to 2kg, we'll phone you with a price if it's more than this)
  • All of our deliveries need to be signed for. We can put on delivery instructions to leave the parcel it in the garage, porch etc. but we cannot then be resposible for the parcel.
  • If you are local to Wellington or Taunton and would like to collect your purchase, please phone 01823 674490 to place the order and we can arrange for you to collect it from our warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from partyon-line and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. 

All goods purchased from partyon-line may be returned for exchange, replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt.

Please take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession, as any item that is returned, must be received back in it's original shipped condition, with all of it's packaging. The item must be in a suitable condition for resale and undamaged. All original packaging must accompany the item and must not be torn, or in the case of header cards, folded. We cannot accept returns of items opened from a sealed package ( costumes do not generally come in sealed packages and may be tried on ).

We are not a manufacturer so we do not have access to header cards, product bags etc therefore the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as you received it and as you would have expected to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.

Outbound postage and packing costs will not be refunded

Pleas use Royal Mail recorded delivery to return items as you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until received by us.

Before returning any goods please be certain you have followed the following guidelines.

  • Please send returns to the address on your invoice
  • Include your name, address and order number ( ideally copy of invoice )
  • Give reason for return
  • State exchange, replacement or refund

We try to make refunds within a week of receipt of product and guarantee to do so within 30 days.

Return of faulty goods 

Should a product be faulty please let us know immediately and we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund.

We shall not be liable in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear,wilful damage, negligence, misuse, alteration or repair of the ordered goods.
